POMPEY 2 - 1 Leyton Orient
Good home win and should have been more, Conor Chaplin scored twice showing his development as our young hotshot and also missed a penalty. Now only 2pts behind Carlisle United in the automatic promotion places.
PLAY UP POMPEY!!

Disappointed our game called off at Crawley Town, but Carlisle drew again so were only a win away from moving into 3rd place automatic promotion place.
Think Doncaster and Plymouth certs to go up.

POMPEY 0 - 1 Exeter City
Very disappointing result after recent performances and Carlisle dropping points in recent weeks. Think we need more impetus, and Paul Cook not the manager for us.

Wycombe Wanderers v POMPEY
Need the away win and if Carlisle United fall, we could move into automatic promotion places with our game in hand.
Key man will be Conor Chaplin up front needs to be scoring more regular, and hope our midfield get back to battling for points.

Disappointing 1-0 defeat at Wycombe, we had so many chances we should have won the game with Lowe and Stevens having great chances and should have scored. Were throwing chance of promotion again, think its time to get rid of Cooky hes not the manager to get us promoted.

Pompey 2 - 0 Accrington Stanley
Backed to winning ways and much needed too after recent results, goals from Clarke and Naismith. We have two homes games coming up so we need to win both games to really push on for automatic promotion.

Portsmouth 2 - 0 Blackpool
Bout time back to winning ways with a good home win over former Premier League Blackpool. Were back up to 5th, goals from Gareth Evans and Eoin Doyle got us on our way.

Carlisle United 0 - 3 Portsmouth
About time we put in good performance against promotion rivals, there 3rd and were in 4th now only one point behind with a game in hand. Whatmough popped up with the 3rd goal in injury time.
Need to go on a run now for promotion.

Aaarghhh Paul Cook as to be the most useless manager, a bad week when of we had made the most of the two games we would be in the automatic promotion places. A 1-1 home draw against Morecombe on Tuesday was bad enough, then today we lose 1-0 at home to Crewe, bloody disgraceful.
Cooky has to be sacked we will never get out of League Two with him as manager.

Finally a good week for Pompey, a 2-0 win at Crawley Town moved us into the 3rd place and automatic promotion place. We followed that up today with a 4-0 win at Colchester United and now 4pts clear of 4th and 5th with 10 games to go, just need to keep winning and finally get out of League Two.

POMPEY 4 - 0 Grimsbgy Town
Yessss, getting very excited with last nights win with goals from Bennet, Rose, Baker and Naismith did the job. Were now 6 pts clear of 4th place in that 3rd automatic spot and only 4pts behind Plymouth with 9 games to play. Surely we are going win promotion this season?

Yesss, 2-0 win away at Hartlepool and 2nd place Plymouth lost so were 4pts behind them and 6pts clear holding that 3rd spot with 6 games to play this season. 4 wins from 6 games and we will back up to League One finally climbing the league ladder. Also possible new owner on horizon, happy days!!

POMPEY v Yeovil Town
Home game and one we must win today, if we win today and Stevenage and Luton lose could be a 9 point gap and automatic promotion pretty close to be secured. Think were at full strength today, hopefully Eoin Doyle is back up front and Chaplin gets on the scoresheet.

Massive Good Friday for POMPEY
Were 8 pts clear in the 3rd promotion place in League Two with 15 points available. Today were at home against 2nd place Plymouth who beat us in Playoff Semi Finals last season, if we win we will be one point behind the Pilgrims and if results go our way and we win 1 more point would take us to promotion.
PLAY UP POMPEY, lets win this home promotion clash!!
