FK DUKLA PRAGUE ACCEPTED TO EUROPEAN LEAGUEWe are pleased to report from the Czech Republic that FK Dukla Prague will be the first club from the county to join the European League and have been accepted to take their place next season with some of Europe´s biggest clubs. Fans of the Czech club have swamped social media excited by playing the likes of Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Real Madrid next season and the club have admitted they have so much work to do trying to build a good enough side and will need to improve the Stadion Juliska which only holds 18,800 fans. The originally stopped playing in 1996 and reformed as FK Dukla Prague (Czech: FK Dukla Praha) in the Dejvice area of Prague. The club played in local competitions between 2001 and 2007, when it gained entry to the country's second league. A four-year spell in the second league followed, culminating in the club winning the league in 2011 and being promoted to the Czech First League, where it has since remained. Now they will take their place with the big clubs of Europe. The most successful period for the club was in the 1980s when they played in the UEFA Cup regularly and one of the top sides in Czech football, now they have appointed "Glenn Hoddle" as Interim Head Coach to lead the side next season. The new manager has already made moves in the transfer market approaching Manchester United to sign Phil Jones and Eric Bailly, and have also tabled offers for several european players. More news to come about the club.....

DUKLA MAKE SIGNINGSDukla Prague interim boss "Glenn Hoddle" was delighted to welcome to new players at the club, with ex Manchester United defenders Phil Jones and Eric Bailly arriving at the club. The new boss has hinted that Dukla´s defense is likely to be built around these two experienced defenders, both have played at the highest level and with United and will now bring that experience and knowledge to the European League and the Czech club. The deal cost £20 million, and the manager is now keen to build the rest of his team and start the club in training while organising some Pre Season Friendlies to blend in the players and work on formations and tactics.

CZECHS FIRED UP
After a fairly quiet pre season for the Prague club, with only a 1-0 win over Premier League Portsmouth much activity has been happening around the club ready for their debut into the top European competition. Caretaker boss "Hoddle" has been putting players through their paces and preparing for what is expected to be an impossible task and avoid relegation in their first season of the big European League. The squad have some good key players, in defense the ex Manchester United duo of Eric Bailly and Phil Jones will be the base of defense with Milosevic and Simunek to complete the back four.
In midfield, there is good competition for places and probably Dukla´s strongest area giving the manager a bit if a headache for selection. In attack the manager is likely to go with Olayinka and Holenda but may look to bring in a couple of loan strikers as the club are weak in this area.
Around the stadium much building work going on to improve standards and bring in more fans, the club are also looking to develop the Academy to bring young players to the clubs and want to establish an "Ajax" style youth system.
